I’m so sick of the bullying and intimidation the director uses at 2134 laburnum ave richmond va. He has his on set of rules that are much different then people practices. Everyone is terrified and walks on eggshells around him. Windstream will never be a successful with management like this. Upper management is aware of his tactics but refuses to do anything. We all know his name JS but this post will be deleted if I use it.

AK is as awful of a manager as anyone else
J has always been a bit of a bully. I hear Nobody wants to have lunch with him -- they do it so they won't get fired. He is also the type that lets you talk and uses it against you. Watch what you say -- he duly notes it all. He got lucky with promotions from being a bst tech -> local manager -> area manager -> director in a very short period of time. With each salary increase he became more agressive. He definitely isn't loyal and he definitely doesn't care about you -- that is for sure. I've talked to folks that worked with and for him and better them than me!
EG is the same. If you are not young cute giggly or sleep with him he makes a hostile work environment and then when it is reported to HR they cant seem to find any evidence. You could if you weren't deaf dumb & obviously blind. Details were given and they still wouldn't do anything so he just tried to screw everyone he was p-ss-d at.
JS is a twit, little man who's day is coming.
HR is just as crooked as JS. There have been reports but they never follow through with them and I’ve seen several people fired who have complained about JS or didn’t follow his set of rules.
Worried about retribution makes no sense. There is a way to report confidentially.
If he is doing what you say, he is breaking state and federal labor laws. Report it and if HR knows and has done nothing about it. HR will sink with him.
Does he have little man syndrome...you know he reminds me of a chihuahua...you know the little dog with the big mouth but no bite...go to HR in numbers....
Are you talking about Jeff Shook!!...lol...Jeff has always been a yes man...always company oriented never employee oriented...somebody once said he would run over his own mother to please the upper management of Windstream, Paetec and we all know about the Cavalier days...but do not fret...He will reap was he has sowed...that is what the Bible calls it...Karma is a b--ch is what man calls it.......remember revenge is mine says God almighty...just sit back wait and watch.

If you have actual expenses and can prove they were for the company - go to your HR person, if he is pissing in the sinks definitely go to HR, if he is not paying your time HR those are all fireable offenses based on people practices 855-411-MYHR

I’ve known JS for a long time and he has always been a bully and always led by his own set of rules. I’ve worked side by side with him and he honestly could have and should have gotten in a lot of trouble for his tactics. I wish someone would go to the labor board or honestly get a lawyer and sue the piss out of him for creating such hostile work environments...
Before we filed chapter 11 bankruptcy he would never let us use our credit card. I have purchased on my on dime so many things for this company and he refuses to reimburse us. Talk to any other areas and they’re not run anything like his areas.
Yes, he is a big bully. He makes people leave after they get their 40 which is not allowed under people practices. Sometimes he won’t even allow you to put time worked on your time sheet.
