If you take a voluntary package you can’t collect unemployment. If it’s involuntary you can collect unemployment.
I wouldn’t count on any APC program. Remember. You will be CVX now, not APC. APCs policies won’t mean c-ap.
Can I volunteer to take a COC severance?
Last Change of Control Severance doc I could find a year ago was codified in 2008. Is that one still in place? COC Severance was much more attractive than normal severance plan. Monthly salary used for computing severance was Salary + greatest of last 3 years AIP divided by 12 (not just salary). Stock grants will completely vest, plus other particulars
