The animosity between store level and corporate

How can we expect to feel good working for a company where there is such a big abyss between the store level and corporate. The corporate realy don’t have a clue what’s going on at clubs and what challenges we are facing, so basically that’s where all the id--tic changes come from. On the other hand store level employees blame corporate for anything that’s wrong at the company. How can a company with that much animosity survive?

in a perfect world EVERY corporate officer would work every position in a club for a week or so to acclimate themselves to the reality of what we deal with on the front lines. Not gonna happen but it certainly would change their views on how things should work and make them rethink any ideas for changes from a different perspective.

People should start making fake email addresses and start flooding John Furners work email with the truth. After a while, he won't be able to ignore everyone anymore.
