I have just been informed by my manager that there will be no pay rises for any SS&C employees this year. Is this normal at SS&C? I'm an ex DST employee.

I am p-ss-d as well.... last two years I got a 5% this year 2.4% even tho I excelled on my annual review and blew my stats up high. Now do to the low raise I have ZERO motivation to do well. I f--- off half my shift now for if they are going to screw me like this I’ll screw them right back.
All I got was a COBRA letter in the mail, reminding what my rights are, should I lose my job.

Those that say, "something is better than nothing" are doing yourself a disservice. After the year of deep cuts and working harder wth less, getting 1.5%... Or even 1.99% only equates to 38 cents for some. That's not even cost of living. No one is expecting the 3% increases from days of yore, but a show of good faith raise goes a long way to boosting morale. We know that Bill Stone got his tax break. It's painfully obvious he didn't choose to reinvest that money in his employees. I know most of you... You're worth more than this... Don't ever forget that!
True for me. About a 1% increase...not even keeping up with inflation...so basically I got a pay cut. Lot of people looking for new jobs.
I haven't heard for myself, but I know of some that have received their merits. Not as good as they hoped for, but it was something.
