Started out with about a 100 in my department and then 2-3 years later it’s now about 1/3 of us left. And the workload has been dumped on the ones that have been left over. More work with fewer people. I know they’ve been trimming the fat over the years with layoffs, but after the voluntary separation, we trimmed the muscle too and lost a lot of skilled workers. Keep saving every penny so you could buy more dumb stuff like AOL/Yahoo. Bunch of busy id--ts, working hard in all the wrong places.

Yeah Irvine is a ghost town. Been that way since the great purge of 2015. Getting worse every quarter. Probably won't need this office soon. Probably the plan. What a sad, sad corporation VZ has become.
