I was contacted by the firm to inquire about the false reporting of Cloud reviews and sales practices. Apparently they have now filed their complaint after months of research. The lawyer said they interviewed over 250 current and former Oracle employees. Ironically it was the current employees (like me) which provided them with the most relevant information. They feel very confident they have Oracle in a corner.

Lawsuit still at play. Read page 32 of Oracle’s 10Q filed yesterday. Also looks like TK is accused of Insider Trading violations.
If the confidential information that you allegedly leaked to the plaintiff can be traced back to you, you know that you can be fired, right?
Then again, you're probably just making this all up, don't work for O and think that Q1 starts in January
Really, they just called you and while you were chit chatting he casually said they are feeling pretty confident? Is the lawyer your brother in law ?
The Complaint was file last August 10, 2018. I wouldn't be surprised if this matter has been settled already.
