In the Midwest, most of the veterans are gone. Whether it be lay offs, transfer denials, pushed out, transferred to far stores to inconvenience you, Bbb is the best at getting rid of you. They will find a way. If you have benefits, look out!

The rumor that I have good reason to believe is that B stores will be losing all mgrs except the SM. This will be starting very soon
BBB is laughable, ASM’s are not even mgrs now, their new title is lead mule! My heart feels sorry for all of you that have htlphed build a company that has been driven into the ground. Good luck to all
They moved or made new positions for a lot of the regional and district staff. The ones who called out all of the time and did not really support the stores. There are a lot of senior managers who really don’t care but there are still a lot who do . They should give them the opportunity to take a pay cut and be a supervisor. They are the ones who run their stores. The kids they are hiring don’t care and have that same loyalty as the old timers have.
Exactly right! They did this in 2009 and got rid of a lot of Managers, put them all on PIPs for performance. There’s no telling what they will use against you.
Finally someone who actually knows what I’m talking about. Like I said they will abolish your job, transfer you, or put you on pip. If you are full time and have benefits your gone!!
