Designation and Salary has no relation. Person promoted as PMTS from MTS working for the company for about 12 years will be getting around 60% of the salary of the MTS joined from IIT collage. These type of discrimination and worst HR policy has spoiled the company culture. The employees who knows the product very well and is capable to bring the change are not putting 100% effort because of these reason. The freshers are not staying for more then 2 to 3 year in the company because they are afraid that they will also getting into the same loop later. The management at HQ is more interested in changing reporting structure, mixing, mapping employees according to there requirement instead of improving the product. This keeps happening very frequently after moving to the Cloud. This will take some time to settle down and when these idea does not workout again one more person will come to drive and make change according his need. This shows that there is no strong leadership in the organization at all levels.
