Trump and Mary worked closely together and are good friends.
Worked at GM, was let go. Was offered a job with a 35-40% raise in it's place. One door closes, another opens., GM did me a favor.
This time around, with a company that eclipses any single OEM. Their sole business, is EV/AV. They exceed any single OEMs limited marketplace, their business transcends any single OEM. That to me, sounds like a winner, and a company to be party to.

1jth- Everyone knows GMs reputation is destroyed , it wasn't great to begin with , she has pushed it over the Clif. How can the board and investors sit idle ? I give her a year or less , the political pressure along with the American tax payer will not relent until this is done. You don't need to like the present administration in Washington regardless of his agenda's at least he's opening his big mouth and applying some pressure for whatever good it will do is anyone's guess. All I know is that when the majority of business decides to take their ball someplace else it hurts American workers , it's not China's fault or any other countries it's the greed in this country that will sink our beautiful nation , the common person here and globally won't turn down a job or except business unless your a bum and don't like to eat , the issue I here on our turf , not everyone will be an engineer , doctor or CEO , so if our "sedans" aren't selling what makes you think people will ever want them from us now , Barra is a bad investment not only for GM , stockholders , Wall Street , America and the world , she's not even fit to be HR , you had your chance like Wagner and all the others that destroyed a great company now it's time to step aside and let someone in that can salvage the damage but I fear it's to late at this point , Please resign and sooner rather than later and take your autonomous vehicles with you because the public dosent want them maybe go work for Tesla , two pees in a pod both utter crack pots.
Come on, Barra, because of your decision, the country is in a big concern and divided! Do you think that GM will move forward under your leadship? Be bald and resign, please!
1xlf- Yeah she's a big lier no question about it. Both my Sr manager and regular manager are present , the director we had went somewhere else and we have had two different directors since January , they have not a clue as what group to put us under and they have no solid plan as to what , when and how we will function , we are short handed and confused as hell as to what is going on , the other groups I interact with tell the same story. What do you guys think is going on , is this just an utter failure of management , a merger or what ? From my prospective and my colleagues all of this came way out of left field. Shot from the hip and fire a ton of people , hire alot of talent then abruptly fire them!?
