To the clubs that have started block scheduling.. how’s does it work for the jewelry department? Any JTL ‘s working in other areas of the club?? Yes.. there’s still a lot of JTL out there .. maybe not for long?? Who knows...

Set days off or just set time with random days off?
At my club all leads are exempt JTL works 11 to 730
JTL is a part of the block. They become a floor team lead. Scheduled at 4am.
