Q3 2019 EPS using Q3 2014 WACSA: basic 0.61, diluted 0.60 — that’s 21 percent lower than reported
The brilliance of the 3 stooges is just plain astounding, NOT! Oracle is F:ed!
The analysts are finally beginning to see through oracle’s voodoo - notice the downgraded and the negative commentary, smarty pants? Clear to everybody that oracle can not afford to continue to spend $10 Bn per quarter buying back stock, so either it buried money for buybacks - that would be really smart wouldn’t it? - or share buybacks will decline and EPS will decline along with it. Hmmm, stuck b/w a rock and a hard place here with a business that totally s---s? People increasingly seem to think so. Gee, that’s just to bad, isn’t it! Soon SFDC will have a higher market cap than oracle!
That is the whole point of doing buy back: to reduce number of available shares; eventually LE will own over 50% of the company at that rate; as long as revenues are close to $10 billion range per quarter Oracle is still a cash cow machine.
