Once and for all can someone please be honest un regards to marketing dept. I fill like im spinning my wheels is it going to third party as posted? Anyone please just the facts

Marketing is good for at least another 6 months enjoy the ride.

What I don't understand either is if I am not supposed to work off the clock, then why do I have access to my email after loading the byod? Shouldn't that be restricted unless I am blocked in?
For marketing persons: just enjoy the paycheck while it lasts and keep up the good work. Something will happen to marketing but it’s not til the company is ready to do it. Layoffs happen in a March and October rotation in general. Maybe think more about it near October is all I’m saying, rather than near term. Could even be March 2020— who knows??
@Y4hN0QE-2xss they wait until the last minute or the day after a Business Focus to add the new incentives to the monthly calanders. Half of these have misprinted dates on them and dont make sense. To many out there at one time, so many codes, what's there is so confusing and hard to keep up with all the codes which some dont work anyway 🙄
I say if it walks like a Duck and Quacks like a Duck it’s a Duck!!! And it’s been Quacking for quite sometime now. Yea, we all got New IPads (Big Deal). Do they really cost that much for a Company our size???? Best I can tell the MTracks left at the desk are pretty much useless. You don’t think maybe these 2 extras weren’t sent in to be placed at the desk in the near future? Anyone can go into work area on the wire and print a step by step direction for doing an off site Membership Drive or Business Focus Event. If you have been in this position for any length of time, you know it’s been Quacking for a while now. Figure out your ROI. How much if any communication or direction do you get? You have to go thru hoops to even find the right report to see totals from the previous day, much less print it off. The new sales pro has nothing to do with them wanting info, they already have every bit of info they need when the members sign up. The prospects in there are absolutely the same thing that the Goldmine was years ago. Of course all of this means nothing just a reminder to listen for Quacks!!
What is strange though too is that if they are not going to eliminate the position, then they are keeping may and june's sold in field incentives very secretive. Usually you can see a few months out and now it only has april.
With all the changes going on in the club such as being 4 areas..fresh, member service, general merchandise, and specialities, I think the marketing dept will change. They won't do away with it. Tou won't need a MTL. Maybe just 2 coordinators
I don't think it will be this year either. I am still training others to do outside marketing.

My Supervisor says that he is sure Marketing will stay for a year because of the huge expense on the iPads. But next year he is not so sure about.
As stated we do not know. Just Mu opinion but I don’t think marketing will go this year. They are not finished collecting our data on Salpro 2.0
We don't know. That is the whole thing. I show up and do my job that is the only thing that I can do. Management does not know until just before it happens. Have another idea of what you may want to do and don't let it consume you is the best that you can do.
I would rather know now than later but that is not the case. Set appointments as far as you can and continue to get your numbers. We have been worried over it for far to long.
