Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

I understand the need for a company to change, to restructure, to implement new things. I also understand that people are payed to make restructuring ideas and that it’s in their best interest to implement the changes they came up with, no matter how stupid they are, cause otherwise, who could then explain to their bosses that they are paid for doing nothing. But for heaven sake, get the changes over with and star working according to them. In this manner, one change today, one change tomorrow, is only making the associates confused, stressed out, an therefor making them not able to do their job in the best way.
