Talk with some of the remaining FLA’s and the biggest and worst part of their job is dealing with no jobs available on a daily basis unless there is inclement weather. They are getting beat up on both ends, from the field and their line of Mgmt.

Not only is the workload going down but they are automating a lot of those processes. Plus I have heard they are building AI capabilities into the new platforms.
NJA means 'No Jobs Available'. I assume FLA's are involved in assigning work to field techs and those that are still left are worried about keeping their jobs at this place.
What is NJA ? Fla’s = Florida st ? Explain better please..
