Today's email from HR makes it seem like everything is alright. They care about training, leader skills and career progression now?
All SHS DX developers (Leads and below) based in the US that are not in DFW (many hired in DFW or Bethesda that have moved and remained remote) will be gone as of May 24. Notice of Termination was given on March 12. Overall numbers aren't large enough to register alarm in Sabre as a whole.
Officially, work is being consolidated into DFW, Krakow and Bangalore. Many who remain, developers and otherwise, expect that all of SHS DX in the US will suffer the same fate within the next year or so.
There are many managers in Bangalore who hardly come to office .
KRK is taking all the good projects and giving all c-ap to BLR.
I can also confirm that around mid-June is when some major moves are going to happen. Can't confirm the reduction in force, but the overseas shifts are going to accelerate. Leadership is desperately trying to unwind Airline Solutions and that's part of the mix.

Will the management weed off people who are drawing their pensions from Sabre while planning -retirement, move to Florida, holding on to a position for decades cause its comfortable
