Customer service handles billing issues, tech issues, international travel issues, escalations, etc... Now on top of that we are expected to be sales reps without commission. Upgrades on PA and Revenue Generation on PA ( increase plans and and TMP) WTH? These should not be metrics on customer service PA's next it will be Add a lines and accessories. All of course without commission.

It started in retail. We deal with everything and most things don’t pay us commission. This is where our main money comes from. They wonder why reps tell customers just to call 611
you guys dont do c-ap anyways but send the customer in with false promises. the customer states "hey my phone wont turn on" youre response is "go get a new sim card" that seems to be your cureall. hey by the way, go to the store. they will give you a new car. you tell people this just to het them off the phone so you dont have to do your job. stop crying. put your big boy pants on.

That is not new, they were doing that in 2012 when I was in CS/Data. Had they stopped for awhile?
