Customer service handles billing issues, tech issues, international travel issues, escalations, etc... Now on top of that we are expected to be sales reps without commission. Upgrades on PA and Revenue Generation on PA ( increase plans and and TMP) WTH? These should not be metrics on customer service PA's next it will be Add a lines and accessories. All of course without commission.

So instead of finding something better and putting your skills to work you jump on here and complain about having to do more work? For profit companies don't pay salaries. They invest in people they trust will make them more than they are paying. If you aren't they don't want you. Simple. Go find something that fits you better and be happy.

Trust me, not many customers going into the stores these days so we have lots of time to do all the clean up c-ap.

Come work in a store, we do all that and more, including dealing with all the false information customer care gives out to customers.
Well I mean, customer service reps dont know much of anything that sales reps in the store can/cannot do so why not let them handle it over the phone?
