@3fmo. There was no email as your package states you will received 100% of your target, prorated as appropriate for any leaves. Your check will be issued 2/22, just like everyone else.
SO-did those of us that took the VSP not get an email regarding the STI? I know it's 100% payout for us, but when? next pay date of 2-22?
For the Winner boy...if you are getting decent raises it is likely because you are low in your payrange.

Merit was fine. Same as last year which was higher than the one before that. Maybe I'm a wonderboy, but no complaints here.
How did the VSPers get bent over? The people who stayed are WORKING for their paychecks while the VSPs got paid for no work for the same period!?!?! I for one got TEN MONTHS PAY + 100% STI + %3 profit share and lets not forget free heathcare for 10 months too. Plus the RSU. And I got four weeks of vacation paid out. I start a new job in two weeks. I don't know how that compares to STAYING and getting 115% (not guaranteed of course since only leading get the full amount) plus getting paid your base rate minus healthcare for the same period.

Trump supporters are a special breed. Dems at least have morals and will hold the president accountable. Trump supporters will let this maniac ruin the country and resort to name calling if they get their ball taken away. Trump's presidency will cause damage beyond his presidency ... look at all the id--ts that he's empowering.
At least put a president in place that everyone can respect! At least call him out for his wrong doings rather than blindly stand up for the punk.

June VSPer here, I congratulated my coworkers who are staying in getting tht biggest STI I've ever seen. I'm happy for them. As for me? I got the the proverbial bird in the hand, plus another bird in the hand next year.
How does prorate work?
B7 to 6, 2-3 weeks prior to end of 2018?

Oih, I have read every comment and do not see anywhere where anyone is whining. I took the vsp also. I signed knowing that I would get 100% and what those who decided to stay got has nothing to do with what I agreed to. I am happy that those staying got better than 100%. The people that I know and have worked with deserve a bigger payout. I am happy for them. I hope they get huge raises too!
ESP (Infosys rebadgers who refused to join) also seems to be 100% and not 115
The STI is not for call center reps actually on the phone.. well that s---s!!! I’m confused. I heard we only ge $700.. that s---s

I know there's mixed emotions on this board so let me say this. I chose the VSP deal because of the uncertainty around my group's future with the company. I enjoyed working for this company and I have the highest respect for many of my peers. With that said - congrats to those staying! I'm truly happy for those that chose to stay.

VSPers didn't get bent over; the remaining simply got a one-year morale boost in the form of a tiny cash security blanket. That's all it is. Next year you'll get less than 90%, just watch.

I am a June VSP. And I am very happy my buddies got 115% they deserve it anything less would have been awful. The Board got this one right.

The company made so much money from the tax cut. They were able to get invest and get rid of the VSPs, provide 115% and a stock grant. It was a smart way to use the gift of a tax cut. Much better than ATT.
I took the VSP and I am not upset at all, in fact I am happy for those still behind. 115% reminds me of the good old days and I hope the company does well for all my friends and coworkers that remained!
