Really, who knows? Stockton went from 40+ to 15 (with the extra workers going to Roseville). It wouldn't surprise me if their goal is to close Stockton (since they have been thinking about that off and on for years). They shut down the MBO in Stockton and talked about moving the grain project to Roseville (even slated 3 million dollars to them so they can do it) but every time we turn around they change their minds.

Going to flat switching in Roseville and closing Stockton and abolishing yard jobs and Fresno and Bakersfield losing the 3 pm switcher to SJVR
