Someone should just post a link to this website. That'd be hilarious.
People who were let go may (rightly) be too inhibited to share on Glassdoor because of legal conditions in the severance package, reducing negative postings. More importantly, the positive posts are so surprising, I simply can't imagine they are from real employees. Many companies hire firms to generate positive sentiment on web and social media to counter a senseless bloodletting like this one.

If you think a company that interests you is posting fake reviews, check out the "Rating Trends" graph on Glassdoor. This tool can help you to identify a spike in positive reviews that doesn't look consistent or genuine. The long-term trend is the one that matters.
