Still no word on the STI but be assured that anything less than 100% will be met with less than 100% effort.

For all those claiming we were delusional. haha
I don't need to write anyone up to get my STI. I'm an individual contributor. I earn or don't earn mine based on my own merits.
F--- supervisiors worrying about their extra $10,000 STi when in order for them to get it they need to write up as many agents as they can - ruin a life of an agent just so some sorry a--, cant get work done, dont understand how to do the work of their agents, fake a-- supervisors can get their STI - losers
I hear raises are minimal this year 0-2% across the board. Can't wait to see the excuse for < 100% STI payout

The board met yesterday. The awards calc'd. Sheets open to supervisors on 2/12. Expect an email from CEO today or Monday with results.
I heard sheets with sti and merit will be ready on the 12th
rumors here say break in tradition... announcement 2/22,... in paycheck sometime in march
Board Meeting is Feb 11th, announcement is made after that. Expect ~80%
