If something was protected by an NDA then everyone who knows that information would know it. If they decide to post something it's on them.

If someone broke NDA and then someone else they told shared that info, it's not like they're the one that signed the NDA, it all falls on that initial person who shared it.

Normally the NDA is signed by the people attending the meeting with the company changes. They can face large penalties if they say anything from the meeting before the date allowed.

Happens every year. So if you say something and you are caught and signed the NDA possible legal issues.

Not sure what they are. I just know a past GM explained even if he wanted to say something he couldn’t
