Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Same thing again

How come that every time the people who either leave on their own or those who are forced out are our best people? How is it a good business practice to keep all the brown-nosers who barely ever do anything? If they are the only ones left, who is going to do the actual work?

Good question. My guess is with HO realizing this, there expectations and standards will lower. Co's and damages are going to be an all time high this year because nothing will be done right. . This company will go down , its just a matter of when.

Because those are the smart ones. They get ahead by actually working, and they know when it's time to walk away. A brown noser only knows how to kiss butt. As the place dwindles down to nothing, those people will be the ones crying and lost. They don't know how to make big smart moves. They've only practiced kissing up to people that don't care about them.

It doesn't matter who's left to do the work. The place is dead. It's going nowhere. Be ones of the smart knows and know when to let go..
