Great article , yes ..... 10 out of 10. Its like its talking directly to the toxic at my club. So spot on. So glad I left.
It's all about leadership. I personally would not want to go to the level of manager at this company based on how stressed out my managers seem. Plus I was with the recycler one day and CMs were on conference call with the MM and he was just screaming away. So that tells me the MM boss screams at him and the bosses boss does the same.
Now the good people don't want to become managers and that'll leave you with the garbage.
