HAH Town Hall with CG tomorrow. Anyone know if this is to update us on the recent RIF or should we expect news of more coming? HCMSSs havent been replaced/hiring for over a year, but hoping for the best. For those of you in LTIH/Transitions, how were you first notified to anticipate upcoming cuts?

I task HCMSS all the time so we can keep them. They probably get sick of me! I task the CHEs also.
Snp social worker here. We are here! Just task us. We aren't getting many tasks from the nurses, not sure why.
Im in HCCP and had no idea SNP SWers were gone. RIF or moved to another role/dept? Are RNs expected to find resources and take on SWer role in SNP??
There is such a need for social workers, but the issue is that we aren’t care managers. And while the social determinants are so important, the surveys the case managers ask involve those things. SNP has been without their social workers in the role. I guess the question is does CMS require social workers in that role? Given hcmss have not been rehired, maybe a skeleton crew will be kept on for warm transfers?
Was it a town hall meeting or something smaller?
