Thread regarding CVS layoffs

We are not living our purpose...

I'm a store manager and want to support my pharmacy as much as possible. Whether its pick up, drive thru, production or inventory. Yet due to the lack of payroll and outdated systems the second I go back to help I am called to the front for back up, coupon issue or assistance on the floor.

This company needs to either give these understaffed pharmacies more payroll or give me more hours so I can go back and help.

Our customers and patients are suffering from the lack of staffing in our stores. We can't "Help people on their path to better health" when the pharmacy is severely understaffed and the front store has 1 person working at a time.

Time to wake up Larry....

Being able to do overrides for refunds and coupon issues on the Ironman units would be helpful too.
