Shame on Gisele and Furmer. Home Office has ripped the Heart and Soul out of Sams lunch today. Yes, we probably will make it without our PTC’s, but putting more on our managers to do. Associates barely have enough time to get our jobs done and now we have to navigate the Workbench. Ask a manager and they are no help.

PTC’s really ????? Ours is an incredible woman !!! I don’t think she even takes breaks cause she’s so busy doing everyone’s job !!! Y’all picked the wrong job this time Home Office !!!
The sad thing about this is during the transition they want the ptcs to train the leads and mgrs on this. They had the last 5 months like the ptcs to learn this but they want the ptcs to train them during the transition period. Not right.

Managers in my club cant even train backroom associates in the simplest of tasks.....cant wait to see how they fare n the personel area....place really is turning into a joke...cant even remember the last time there was a morning meeting....keep up the texting shenanigans Geisel that inspires every employee to be there best!!
Yup keep eliminating positions so Giselle can travel... Sad they dont see the value of us associates at any level... Nor do they care more for less motto is the way it is

I'm not speaking for all managers just the ones in our club, they wont take the time to try and figure it out they'll just expect the lead to. Props to those managers that do care and that will step up and do the job.
It’s no Suprise we have John Fur as the CEO, a horrible people person. I really don’t know if he knew the value of having a PTC so he Eliminated them. In a past life he must have worked for Hitler, but in John Fur case he hates all long term Sam’s associates like the PTC’s. Grate job John your dream came true. I wonder when he Eliminate his as Hle what is he going to sh-- out of. Any comments?
Your right, managers did not want this to happen, but the reality is your overworked. I will continue to do my new job as a cashier because I need to feed my kids. But don’t as a PTC how to do something. It’s now your responsibility to figure it out.
PTC here and just found out. This really does s---. All other positions are a pay decrease. Hard enough paying bills and keeping my family afloat.
I'm a manager and your right I don't know sh--. I will do my best to help you with this transition and the process. Remember your managers did not want this we are all heart broken. It will take a team to pull together. I can not do this with out you. Please do not come here and say negative sh-- about managers.
We all knew this was coming, its not a big deal. Just have to adjust.
I think PTC should be the last person to ever get eliminated. My PTC is the heart of our club she does everything, I'm just so heart broken for her. Our managers dnt know sh-- and could careless about knowing anything at all. What a ridiculous move, I just cant believe what this company has come down to.
