@tgh "The bulk of the surplused employees are from 45 - 65" You are correct, because the bulk of employees who work for AT&T are 45 - 65 year old. The average tenure with AT&T is around 22 years, Like the story says "AT&T may not have been engaging in age discrimination.' Some scoop that they are not age discriminating. Contrary to the story, they made very clear why and how the are deciding who goes. You think they never heard of this age discrimination idea and didn't have lawyers cover every base?

That would explain why those surplus'd now are still waiting for their ADEA paperwork.

ATT is stalling us on the new ADEA paperwork because they can’ t hide the truth. The bulk of the surplused employees are from 45 - 65 as shown in last year’s ADEA form supplied with that voluntary offer they extended. Glad I saved hard and soft copies.

Not ADEA paperwork , and? No one cares, there are lawsuits dated 2015, had same paperwork missing , or they use the same set of data for different regions which is certainly illegal, and it was BAU

AT&T has still not provided the ADEA paperwork that they are required too and also have noted on all employees records that it was received... Concerned...
