Anyone else see a uptick in HR supported write ups in retail? Seems like they are trying to set people up to be easy layoff targets.

why on earth would anyone need to be late more than 2xs in a month? just be on time for heaven's sakes. there are so many things within the company that deserve scrutiny but holding people accountable for tardiness and attendance ain't one of them.

They’re writing us up if we arrive more than a minute late to our shift. You do it more than 2 times a month and it’s considered a “behavioral pattern”

We're getting threatened with write ups for not selling hum and for not setting stuff for other reps sales. Management is a joke

5 people in my store on write up, three on final, all for " the behaviors" and not " fulfilling their commitments". We we're told we could be written up anytime for anything. People feel like they are being targeted, we've noticed some people never get coachings, others get 10 or 12 a month, some get bad coachings for c-ap, others scam customers and slamming, yet managers look the other way. We are documenting everything, 2 people have talked to a lawyer. This place is a joke, nobody wants to show up and morale is gone.
