Does anyone know how to get your lifetime membership card. I filled out the form on the wire before I left. I have been there 25 yrs so I am eligible for it. My membership card I always had was cancelled

If you no longer work there you can email them at samsalumni@samsclub.com. I used this and they were very helpful. I didn't get any help at club.

My mother received a Lifetime free membership when they let her entire department go after 20+ years. Every year she has to renew it and has t jump through hoops for them to do so. Now they are refusing to renew it. Does anyone know how to reach corporate or who to contact about this?
I’ve been fighting for every year I left. 5 years now. I have submitted forms via fax that was what I told. Now the clubs say we have to do it on line. I was given this to use. Sure is not an easy thing to do.

You must Compete the Alumni Web Form prior to leaving. Be sure to print it out. We had to wait until close to our date of departure to do it. It takes about 4-6 weeks to process. If you don’t hear anything or it tells you your card is expiring Email samsalumni@samsclub.com and they will assist you. I have found them to be very courteous and helpful. We receive a lifetime Plus membership.
Actually they answered my question. I got an email today from HO and they said you use the same card. It is a plus membership and they extended it until 2025 and then I call them to remind them
Search alumni membership on the wire. Fill out the webform and submit.
You can get your PTC to print out a form on the wire, fill it out and fax it in to the number at the top of the page
Just go to club and they will activate for you. You keep the same card.
