Why they made that a requirement for all to be ,when you need it one forklift certify and one with knowledge, maybe they with of keep more claims associates and the club within be in such a mess like it is now

It is a requirement to get a forklift certified if you are a backroom associate, I’ve been in claims for 4 years and I have been with the company for 18 and I had to get certified or find another job!
So basically backroom received a raise to do less work
It is so wrong that the new way of running back room is getting 2 or 3 more people from other depts to do the job along with the "2 1/2" people who are supposed to be doing it and none are forklift certified!!!!
Not everyone in backroom is certified at our club
This was away to get rid of high paying employees, it was an easy decision for them to let the job go due to all the mess they have been through with not seeing any future for improvement with the company. The company new the majority of associates was taking the severance, that's why they offered it, they did not want them to stay
