Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Where is State Farm headed?

Where do you see us five years from now? If you were to be a new employee, would you stick around or look somewhere else?

Straight to the top. Everything has been fixed. Hubs are running smoothly. Things are great. Jobs open if you are interested. Highly recommend it.

Shocker. They got rid of all of us that had 25 + experience and now realize the youngsters don’t get it. Wa wa wa. This company is a joke

Right now the company is swirling around the bowl just about ready to flush. For five years in a row, each year has been worse than the previous one. If our Board of Directors doesn’t wake up soon and replace our CEO with somebody who’s not fixated on Lean Six Sigma - aka EOM - which is failing miserably, we will soon be the number two or number three insurance company!

@XrgAwcp-hih Not sure which department you work in but in Claims all of those dead weight slackers are being asked to come back because someone slightly smarter than you figured out they really were not dead weight slackers after all. The Millenials hired to replace the don't seem to be working out like planned.
