Can someone please explain what is going on with PTCs? I’m seeing so many different situations and post on what’s going on. I need the truth and whether or not I should be concerned!

This is true 2/5/2019 @ 3:00 p.m.. PTC's were informed positions have been eliminated, they have till March 29 to secure a position or leave the company. Sad day at Sam's club. Most PTC's are the heart of the club's.

Ever heard of delegating to others, this what we’re supposed to do id--t.
We lost our PTC associate of over 30 years about a month ago.
The managers were supposed to pick up those duties for their area. Well, some managers don’t know what to do and put it off on someone else. Lots of unanswered questions and such.
They were given 45 days to find a position. When nothing suitable was available, they took the severance.
Very low morale in the club. Our PTC was an exceptional associate.
So many rumors have been floating over the last 2 years and I don’t know what is happening. It’s not fair to be left in the dust, especially when you have been with the company for 20+ years.
So they eliminated the position in two markets during the backroom changes. The markets that lost their PTCs have had a lot of staffing problems for one thing. I am also a PTC and just want to know too. If they don’t get rid of it they will change it so the PTCs that were elimates cant sue them
