Why are DL and Rm ‘s so ethically challenged at this company?

They take care of their kind! Guarantee your DL was a pharmacist. Then they tell you how important FS employees are to their team. Have you never noticed the baby talk with the Rx team and then Fs managers are talked to like sh!t!
I know one that let a pharmacist and lead tech steal , all on video and with admitting to do so, yet did nothing ! Then crucified a store manager for a hundred dollar shortage in cash! This manager Had reported their activities
Simple. Money. Throw 6 figures plus a fat bonus potential at a guy who struggled to get an MBA and that guy will do everything to keep that lifestyle.
DL's and RM's just drink the "Kool-Aid".....
Now that they love you . I would stay! It should be great
For RM’s and DL’s it’s bonus first!
Are you kidding? Get the heck out ! They will fire you later!
stick with your notice. Whatever new opportunity you received will be more fulfilling than being a cvs employee. I was sm amazing for 8 years took a 45% pay cut to have a better future and more upward mobility. Cvs does not offer that. Congrats on your new gig.
Leave don't buy that bull$hit about being promoted. Anything to get you to stay so your DL doesn't have to try to replace you. So many managers wish you could be in your situation to leave
Found a better job with great opportunity for personal growth and advancement. Turned in notice and now I am told if I stay I will be promoted. What should I do?
Simple... because their true loyalty lies not with employees but to corporate. DL’s and RM’s are nothing more the middlemen existing solely to do corporates will. And thusly to impose corporates strict demands and deadlines and unrealistic expectations upon us employees at the store level. In my eyes they are simply just looking out for corporate first, foremost, and always.
