Please build this thread to track all the unfortunate surpluses to those in C&E, TFS or IEFS.

IEFS also applies to us former DTV guys and gals who mount that battleship grey dish on your castle so you can access 200 channels of Infomercials, 100 channels of Pay Per View "D" grade movies and oh yeah - HBO for 3 months.
@1wgn: IEFS (“Internet and Entertainment Field Services”) are mostly Prem Tech/Wire Tech titles, TFS (“Technical Field Services”) are all techs formerly referred to as “Core” techs. The lines are being slowly blurred by the company as IEFS has been doing fiber work TFS did and TFS is doing bonded pair full installs which is something IEFS did.
What does IEFS do? There’s no explanation on APEx other than “Internet and Entertainment Field Services” and I presume it means standard (residential) install vs. TFS IW/NTW work.
