I am wondering what everyone's receiving area looks like ?Are they keeping up with all the damages and returns in the claims department. Seems like no one knows how to process them and they keep building up.

Our receiving and claims are a mess. Our club took out the one person (the invoice clerk)that ran the back and has been with the company for 30 years and kept the dock lead that’s been back there close to ten years but has never done his job. It is an absolute mess
I don't know why all back room associates have to have a forklift license when now overnight is going to days and we will have enough people forklift certify. If you in claims only why you need it , what about other clubs

It's a horrible mess at our club. Backroom associate's can not handle the job, so what management has done is delegate some of claims work off to floor associates. Now company has given backroom associate's a raise and made them a level C (7) top pay but management is not holding backroom room responsible for the job they should be doing, If backroom associates can not handle the work then fire or put them in another position. Give the position to someone more qualified to do the work.
