I am wondering what everyone's receiving area looks like ?Are they keeping up with all the damages and returns in the claims department. Seems like no one knows how to process them and they keep building up.

I work Backroom Claims and Receiving and my area is always clean. Not hard at all to process damages. The new App has been great especially on the receiving side. Super easy, super fast now.
