Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Are the changes over at the company?

Not that I’m a big fan of the CEO, but reading this article I saw that he said: “ Sam's Club has undergone the greatest transformation in the company’s history as technology has changed the way consumers interact with retailers”. Speaking about change as a process that is finished,at least for now got my spirits up a little bit. Even though this is hard to believe, I'm just thinking that maybe the time has come to sail in some calmer waters. Can we expect for the changes to be over, at least on a larger scale?
