I am an assistant manager. If I leave with 2 weeks notice next week do I get paid pto?

Additionally, If you are an assistant you probably shouldn’t be since you do not know the answer to this question nor the proper place to find out the answer to it.
Depends on the state, in CA you do not “loose” days. Salary or not, accrual is deemed earned wage and must be paid out.
Why only 5 days? Wouldn't clubs in states that have pay out PTO policies in place have to pay the full amount of PTO?
According to the policy you get paid 5 PTO days and you lose the rest
If you have been here for less than a year, you will lose it all.
Also managers don’t get 2 week notices. They’re escorted out the day they turn in their notice.
If you don't know that answer then you're a pretty bad manager. That or this is a fake post.
Cause I am fairly new to.company and I know hourly earns their pto and we're given ours ahead of time. Didn't mean to start anything. I was just trying to make a plan
You're an assistant manager, why don't you know that ?
You will only be paid out for 5 pto days you loose the rest.
