CFR 2.0 is a “labor saving” intitive. If it fails it is because we aren’t doing it correctly, not because it doesn’t work (heavy sarcasm).

So basically we are supposed to work our over stock either manually (Mobile carts) or full push, dividend into 4 sections of categories (see weekly hub task). Each section gets worked this way only once every 4 weeks. However you are supposed to quick pick EVERY promo out in the entire store daily. Once a week you do BOH accuracy scans for the full store. That’s the only way your store gets filled until you work everything again 4 weeks later. This, in their mind is faster and takes less labor. I won’t bore you with the ridiculous reasoning behind this which my AP rep presented to me with straight face like they were a Jonestown Koolaid guzzling fool. What I can tell you is that AP is on a tear over this program. Worse yet, CFR 3.0 will include an “enhancement that will require review of all BOH modifications and then final approval in the system by the manager before they take affect. Nice huh? The saga continues...

Targets haven’t been assigned yet. Should know soon what they are. Quick pick is supposed to be system generated. Not sure if any other differences coming for CFR
