I keep hearing nurses will be hired in March, all the while being told we're part of an "experiment" to see if HAH is even viable. What am I missing here?

They have hired for same position they RIF for Years now

I would suggest that we go to the network providers for positions. We can try to find out who are some of he best ones.
I think i’ll Try to obtain a network position. They are paid per visit and obviously are not held accountable for any of the many tasks of direct employee. Many of my mbrs who have had network CM in the past have nothing good to say about them. Apparently, 5 minute in home “check ins” to say “hi” is what HAH is all about.
Each area hires and let’s go. Humana does not hire in every area at the same time. There are a million different areas within humana. Hunana at home care managers will be hired this year
Below poster, with all do respect, a lot has changed over the Year since you left. FCM’s have not been replaced that were either laid off or quit.
The hcmss that were laid off were not replaced
Don’t be so blind I got laid off a year ago when they did 800 people at one time and several of us Saw our very jobs posted at the very time at the latest layoff.

The positions posted on other sites are not Humana positions. They are network.
They have not hired FCMs for a while. Guessing they wont. I'm sure it will be all network soon. Cheaper for them not having to give benefits and pay a salary. Let's them keep more of that big tax cut for the top earners of the company.
Just cause they laying off has not stopped them from hiring
Why would they lay off 180 associates with a last day April 26 if they are hiring in March
