Just wondering opinions are for what is the best department for nurse with Humana? HAH, CCM, PN, SCM? commercial vs Medicare vs government business? Thinking of changing my role but not sure where to start looking.

Just got laid off from HAH RN , try another department
Tricare is very secure
I would not consider Tricare. That is a government contract with Human
Anywhere but Humana.
If I would do anything else - try to secure Tricare FCM position. The rest of it is heading downward at this point with layoff after layoff of late so no security. Personally I'm sick of Humana at this point. Expectations unrealistic, they tape and monitor every second and implementing a new time monitoring system. After 8 years here.....I'm ready to run myself!
Sadly probably true for HCCP RN Workload is not realistic , but I guess is it realistic anywhere? Unfortunately there are a lot of nurses working many hours off the clock again.
Definitely not HAH CM..........very rough and probably going to be phased out
