I got my walking paper today. Seems that no matter how well you do your job this one was based on seniority I was top performer in 2018 but I guess that doesn’t matter. In my group area managers and some directors got the boot.

Engineering - The only one with an actual engineering degree was let go, he was the lowest in seniority with only 6 years.
It's unfortunate, but anyone going above and beyond for this company is just being stupid. This company is run by sociopaths. Highly incompetent ones at that.
They will squeeze every drop of blood and sweat out of you and than boot you out the door.
