Do the bare minimum until your time is up. Don't be a schmuck and go above and beyond what's required to do a clean separation. It's just a business arrangement.and since the company no longer values your work, there's no point in valuing the company, simple as that.

That doesn't mean to act like an ssole to your remaining co-workers, they are the poor souls.that have to pickup any on going work. Be.respectful, but focus on your future and put T in your rear view mirror.

I think everyone should adopt this model. Even those who aren’t surpluses. Stop killing yourselves and giving this company your all. Eff it. Do the minimum and collect the check. Ride it out.

Agree. I believe once you are cut from the team, they don't need you anymore.
