Were there RIF's with Humana first? We were told that it's no longer available for any commercial or ASO members effective immediately.

Any time a member is transferred internally to humana first it cost the company $3. Doesn’t sound like much but it’s a lot considering a lot of members have CM. Commercial plans offer telemedicine a lot of time and it’s a push this year to use that instead.
