I’m not sure if other stores are also experiencing the same issue, but SMs are seen changing employees’ hours manually to avoid OT even though its legit.

This is total cheating. It’s like one’s getting used & cheated on their hours & being taken total advantage of & even helping mangement do their job & still not getting paid for it. I think this is being done to put more pressure on the individual to do more write ups on them & may b they can’t swing HUMs or SMB etc & bcz the quotas aren’t achievable. There is a very deep connection here between the two if one is smart enough to understand. Unionizing is the ONLY way left people. We do a lot for this company & slave ourselves wayyy too much to the corrupt & untrustworthy management who are nothing but back stabbers. Plain & simply put & Kudos to the OP!!
Contact an attorney, I believe there is a current class action lawsuit in regards to Verizon not paying accurate employee time recordings. Verizon has tried to keep this class action news Quiet from employees.

That is time fraud. Contact your HR business partner and report it immediantly!!
