Exactly, that is why they need to eliminate that title. Give the severance and I will be gone. There is no need for it any longer.
If they change the title and responsibility of the Membership teamlead they should take the lead title away and put them under the front end lead. They only are over the champ. The champ is another wasted position in the club. Might as well put them under Front end Lead too.
@XjIO4Du-1kst That's the same here. The desk is under the MSS. I have not heard of any title changes. I dont even have a coordinator.
I'm a MTL and we have not heard anything about a title change at our club. The desk is now under the MSS Lead but no title change for us as I've heard
They changed the title to Membership Lead a while back and the coordinator, champ and membership desk is under them. They need to have two leads (Lead MSS being the other) on the front end imo anyways.
Membership doesnt have to go away it's how they will market it that will change
You dont need a marketing teamlead when there is really no one under them except for the coordinator and member champ if those spots are filled.
