I am wiping my eyes, as we got a video today from management encouraging us not to include in contracts Cloud credits customer does not require. This comes straight from management.
Are they crazy?. Are they joking?. We have all levels of management encouraging us to do so.... day by day.
This kind of things shock me.
And probably SC is not aware of this practices ...

You should report it to your regional SVP or EVP.
so if that's the official message in the video, that's the official position so start following that position regardless of what anyone else tells you. the choice is yours. file a complaint with the ethics hotline to put a stake in the ground. and if you lose your job over it? if it really bothers you to do this, then losing your job over it won't really matter. put your ducks in a row so that losing your job for doing the right thing could be something you litigate for compensation, if that becomes necessary. you never are required to perform unethically - there is always a choice. life is hard sometimes.
In EMEA this is everywhere.
