Has anyone heard of any layoffs in the business call centers? No one is telling us anything or hasn’t heard anything.

Business Centers are moving offshore, this is a done deal. @yel below has it nicely outlined.
New vendor center opening in El Salvador. Asking for volunteers to go help provide floor support to ramp them up .... open your eyes you are training your replacements . Also a new center in Mexico City.... business centers days are numbered.
