When will the ones RIF'd get notice? I would think prior to town hall? How far are they trying to whittle down HAH?

We were told in November, had to endure all through December-January 8... it was sheer torture.
It was an email notification for a meeting, a call, release for the day, back the next and try to get through. I think much of it was done to push our endurance to the very end and see who would leave before getting severance. It didn't work in my former team's circumstance.
Whatever happens, take care of yourselves first. There is no shame in leaving. You will be shocked at how life looks AFTER Humana.
Is that to rif the managers or to let them know how many of us would be let go?
There are a lot of people that received a 2pm RIF invite for today. We will know more after the call this afternoon. The invites were sent to managers of LTIH and Transitions within HAH. Possibly upwards of 70% of the dept.
There was a RIF where it was announced in the town hall first that it would be happening
When I was RIF last year it was confidential email Tuesday night. Meeting Wednesday to break it to you and you get to leave after. Town hall Thursday and they offer you pto for Friday. You come back Monday and work as Normal until you are told to stop. We did 3 more weeks. Then you get severance.
They told Ltih and Tr end of feb.
